Hi,

I recently change outlook versions, a few weeks ago my client was using Office 2007 with Business Contact Manager but he decide to switch to Office 2013 because its "cool".
Well now all the contacts that usually reside on the Business Contact Manger are gone.  I keep getting this error message saying.

The set of folders cannot be opened. an expected error has occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service BCMMS.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

If you have any input or advice, please let me know.

thanks

I know that for previous versions the advice was create a new profile. Not sure if it is the same now:
