Find total email, by size and count in specific folders

I am trying to get the total amount of email contained in everyone's Sent folder by message count and size in MB.
I also would like this same information for the In box and Calendar.

I am running Exchange 2007 SP3 on Win 2008

you can use below commands as given in the link to find the folder list and its size along with # of items :

Get-MailboxFolderStatistics alan.reid
