Outlook 2007 connecting to migrated mailbox in Office 365 cannot see Public Folders

I have created a few test public folders in the cloud but I cannot get Outlook 2007 to see any of them however Outlook 2010 sees them fine.  I have also tested a non company machine (non-domain computer) and I can create the profile to the mailbox in the cloud using Outlook 2007 and it works and I can see the PF's.  Any ideas?  Very strange...

The public folders are in the cloud, right? You need 12.0.6665.5000 version or later (should correspond to this patch: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2687336).

If it is working outside of your network environment, check also the autodiscover.
