Dear Experts,

I'm ready to deploy my application on a Sever 2008.

What is the best/simplest approach to create a deployment package?

I would like the finish package to reside on a network drive.

Please advise!

Thanks

Is it a winforms application? Does it use any 3rd party components? If not then you can just copy and past the folder. You can also create a MSI using visual studio which will install the application.

Yes it's  windows form,

Do you mean the only thing I need to move are the 5 files ie.  .application file  and exe.deploy, exe.config.deploy, maniferst & Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll.deploy?

If not please expand.

Let me know
