Greetings,

I am installing a program that I hope will allow me to dial directly from an Excel spreadsheet. The program I found, Excel Dialer Pro, failed to install with multiple messages of "Wrong Version of Run Time DLL".

Any suggestions on a better program to do this or help on troubleshooting the installation?

Thanks,

Jeff

From PhoneDialerPro FAQ's:

This error indicates, that you have the old, incompatible version of  msvbvm50.dll file in your computer.
You can download the corrected version from here: msvbvm50.zip
After unzipping it copy this file into Windows\System32 folder

The above comment did not solve my problem. I took my own initiative and found a different program on my own that did work
