A Firefox or Google Chrome application that only launches a specific application/webpage?  We don't want users to be able to navigate any where else using this browser.

Have a look at the various 'kiosk' mode addons for FF / Chrome

Or i believe chrome already has a kiosk mode:

chrome.exe --kiosk [url]

Thank you for the suggestion.  What we need is for the browser only launch to that website and users will not be able to navigate anywhere else.  Can this be done?
