I have a google spreadsheet.

If i specify the actual name of a named range in a formula, my formula works, see cell h11.  If i specify a cell that contains the name of a named range in the formula, it doesn't work, cell h12.

If someone could help me create a formula based upon a dynamic range, that would be great!!.

Please help me get my formula working.  thank you.

=NETWORKDAYS(E12,F12,INDIRECT(G12))

INDIRECT(reference)

Returns the reference specified by a text string. This function can also be used to return the area of a corresponding string. Reference is a reference to a cell or an area (in text form) for which to return the contents.
