Microsoft Outlook On behalf of myName

I recently noticed whenevr I send an email I get a copy of that same email I sent, on the top of the email, it says : Microsoft Outlook on behalf of Myname.
I wonder where this is coming from?

Are you using Exchange server? If yes, check with OWA as well. First option here is to reconfigure profile again and check, if same issue re-appears or not.
