HP Laserjet 300 MFC Can not see PC when scanning from the console

I have a customer that bought a new Win 7 laptop. It can print to the printer, but gives an error that the scan folder can not be found when scanning from the device.  I'm not sure wy the scanner can't see the PC.

Thanks for the help.  It turned out to be Anti-Virus firewall.
