Application: Sage ACT! Premium (Web) 2011 Version: 184.108.40.206
I am new to ACT/Web, however I am familiar with ACT6.
My natural inclination is to do things as I am accustomed in the old system, however there are a number of features that I cannot find in the new system.
For instance, in ACT6, at the end of each day I like to verify that I have properly tasked all records for which I have created or modified notes. To get a list of such records I do the following...
Goto Lookup/ContactActivity menu.
This gives me the ContactActivity dialogue box, which allows me to specify a date range. It also has 9 checkboxes for the various data types (fields, notes, history, activities, etc). When I choose notes, I get all the records having notes updated for the given range.
Is there any way to do this with ACT/Web??
If not, is there any way to find all the records that I have modified (in anyway) on a given day?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
