Understanding Exchange 2010 Toolbox

Exchange 2010 has built-in tools in the Toolbox, but I am not sure which one to use in which circumstance.

I was trying to find detailed explanation about what each tool is used for with examples, but could not find a good link.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thanks
