SBS 2010 POP3 CONNECTOR PROBLEM

I’m trying to configure POP3 Connector in an SBS 2010 Server.
The default company domain is aaaaaaaaa.com & aaaaaaaaaaa.local
They also have many deferent email domain accounts (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org)
Because all these domains are hosted in one ISP we found a way to use Smart Host with no problems!
The problem is with POP3 Connector. All the email accounts that are using the default domain working fine, I’m expressing problems with all the other domains.
For example: pop3 connector settings
Pop3 server: mail.bbbbbbbbbb.com
Relay emails to Domain user Mailbox
When I’m trying to download emails I receive the following error:
An error occurred while delivering mail to 'email@example.com’ on the SMTP server 'localhost'. The error code was 0x800ccc69. Verify that the mailbox exists and that the Exchange receive connectors are configured properly.
The user exists and can send email internal & external. He also receive from other users in the domain but not from outside.
Does anyone can help me with this situation?
