I have microsoft lync setup in my environment. Is there a way to push out default contact groups to everyone that is pulled from AD?

for example, I have a marketing, accounting and it group. I want these groups to be seen by everyone by default. How do i proceed with this?

I followed this article. i used my account as an example. i have the distribution groups listed in my contact list. when i run the cscript command it is stating this user has no contacts to export. is it looking for specific contacts and not groups? if so, how can i tell it to use the contact groups that are listed underneath my account?
