Hi
I have a couple of Cisco AP's which connects to wlc.

My problem is my Cisco wireless phones have very weak signal.
When my laptop got full bars the phone only got about 2 bars.
Is there any setting or is it normal please advice

Can you do a site survey on the phone and tell us what the RSSI and SNR values are?

Also, how many APs do you see in the Neighbor List, and what RSSI are you seeing for them?

Well, technically all devices should receive the same signal strength in the same spot.  That's not always true though due to things such as signal loss between the antenna and the receiver, etc.

So, it could be that the laptop gets a slightly better signal, but I wouldn't generally think that would always be the case.
