CSS: align social icons one one line, not under each other

Look at bottom right corner
There are some social icons

If i open this PHP page that control that module "Acymailing" in Frontpage 2003, the icons are alligned correctly.
It also worked on this page before, but have no idea why its not working anymore

I have added 2 tings:

In the php file for the module i added:

Then in the template.css file i added:
.icons {
    padding-right: 49px;
    padding-top: 31px;
}

It has worked and I have not changed anything,so there has to be something else causing them to align under eachother instead of on one line

Anyone have an idea?

Set the icons width.  Then set the height and width of sexythumb and float left.  Then yoiu should be cool.
.icons {
    padding-right: 49px;
    padding-top: 31px;
width:200px;
}

.sexythumb {
width:35px;
height:35px;
float:left;
}
