How to setup and configure the UPS network management card?

An new APC Smart-UPS 3000VA UPS was purchased. The network management card was also purchased. I heard that you can setup the PowerChute network shutdown software in the selective server for schedule shutdown. Btw, how to set it up? please show in step-by-step procedure.
