According to the ShoreTel support matrix KB12247, it is still an active unit.

In looking at their website http://www.shoretel.com/products/ip_phones/ShoreTel_IP_Phone_212k.html  , it is still an active product "Available in black or silver plastic"

This should be the ShoreTel part number you need 10287      BUNDLE, GSA : SHOREPHONE IP 212K (SLV), EXTENSION + MAILBOX LICENSE

I am not saying that it may not be EOL soon, but as of now, it should still be an active part number.
