outlook 2010 Print Memo Style margin change
Hi Experts
OUTLOOK 2010
I had to create a new Print Style for users wanting a 3cm left margin for hole punching.
So I created it
Print, Print Options, Print Style, Define Styles, clicked on Memo and clicked Copy..
Called mine "Memo Hole Punch"
Made the changes.
Now I want all the users to have this "Memo Hole Punch" print style.
How do I pick up this "Memo Hole Punch" and get it into the users print style list.
My research has shown that it all gets dumped together in outlprnt file.
Right now it looks like I must overwrite the users outlprnt with my outlprnt
Where does the print styles live? Why can't I add my "Memo Hole Punch" style there.
I don't understand how outlook is storing these print styles.
What is the right thing to do?

Thank you I have read this article and my frustration is that it lumps it all together in one outlprnt file with no extension. But I will give it a go pushing out that file and see how the users react.
