Use the reset-searchindex.ps1 script in the Scripts directory. That will do the reset for you.

Although this is a good reason why putting each database in their own directory is a good idea!

But I want to reset for one database only. So, i need to find out which catalog folder is related to which database. So that I can delete the catalog folder and restart search index service

Did you actually look at the script I told you about?
With that script you specify which database you want to reset the database - it doesn't do all of them, unless you tell it to.
