Clipping Paths in InDesign

Hi

I am working on an Indesign document (brochure) that contains hundreds of images. Is there a way I can select all images and run a command to show the clipping path (if there is one and if it isn't already highlighted).

I don't really want to check each image individually to check if the clipping path option is shown.

Thanks in advance

There have been some (java) scripts that are dealing with this matter or related. Check these links:

http://tomaxxi.com/2010/08/extract-clipping-path/ see the upper part of the script.

but this one might be the one you are after:

http://www.rorohiko.com/wordpress/indesign-downloads/clipathing/

It says about it:

The ClipAThing plug-in can access and apply embedded clipping paths from images placed in an Adobe® InDesign document.

ClipAThing can either scan your InDesign document or the current selection, find embedded clipping paths (e.g. created in Adobe Photoshop®), and apply these clipping paths in InDesign.

ClipAThing saves time and eliminates the tediousness of manually going through all placed images and performing manual configuration for use of an embedded clipping path.

Both solutions are free.
