SharePoint 2010 Can You Link 1 List Field To Another List

I have a Supervisor List which contains 4 Supervisors.

Is there a way I can click on a Supervisor name and have all the employees that report to him appear under his name ?

Hi,
that depends.
If your user list has a lookup column to the supervisor list then you should be able to create a grouped view on the user list - grouping by Supervisor.

Second option would be to have to list view web parts - the supervisor on top and the user in the bottom. Then you connect the two list view web parts sending the supervisor ID as filter to the user list.

Can you perhaps explain in more details or with a screenshot/drawing what you want to achieve and also the structure of your lists?

Which SharePoint version and edition?

I have a list on right side of Sharepoint 2010 page.

I just want to click on Sally Smith's name and have the 3 people that work for her appear under her name.

I used your grouping suggestion and that works fine for me.
