HeuristicMixedException in Webspehere calls

We noticed this exception HeuristicMixedException in Webspehere calls during production deployment. we are using Websphere 7.

Here is the exception and  the call comes to EJB. Any ideas? This is urgent to troubleshoot what is causing this errors.

Caused by: java.rmi.ServerException: RemoteException occurred in server thread; nested exception is:
       java.rmi.RemoteException: ; nested exception is:       javax.transaction.HeuristicMixedException

This exception means that some of the operations in this transaction have been committed while some have been rolled back . You need to provide more info , the complete exception trace.
