Not that experienced using Visio<br />

Looking to create a Visio document &nbsp;that depicts a process that does the following<br />
<br />
1. &nbsp;Retrieve data from tables in several data bases &nbsp;(via a sql view)<br />
<br />
2. &nbsp;Insert the retrieved data into a different database<br />
<br />
3. create an Excel file extract<br />
<br />
4. Ftp the Excel file to an ftp server<br />
<br />

I know there is a database shape and an Excel spreadsheet shape but struggling with the best combination of other shapes to document this. &nbsp;Doesn't seem like an uncommon process<br />

I have spent some time trying to google search for examples but so far haven't found anything<br />
