A friend of mine is trying to start up an internet radio station allowing users to stream his broadcast.<br />
<br />
I have a couple of questions.....<br />
<br />
1. What licenses are required ? I believe due to it being internet based only that Ofcom should not be an issue ?<br />
2. Whilst he own's a huge library of media, are there any services available that he could stream allowing not to purchase any further media ? A little like Spotify however with the legal rights to broadcast ?<br />
