LACP Aggregation between two HP V1910-24G

Hi Experts,

I would like to create a LACP aggregation with 4 interfaces between two HP V1910-24G switches.

I created a LACP aggregation on the 21 st to 24 th interfaces and disabled the unused 25 th to 28 th Mini Gbic ports on both switches.

I set the 21 to 24 ports access to trunk but I can't find how to assign a group for the LACP aggregation.

I can't ping hosts between the two switches, what did I do wrong or forget ?

I saw that we just have to activate LACP on desired ports with HP 2530 switch series to be OK.

Thank you for your help, best regards,

The only thing that you should need to do is create the trunk.

i.e.: trunk 21-24 trk1 lacp

...and add that trunk to whichever VLANs you want it to carry...

vlan 10
 untagged 1-12,15-16
 tagged trk1
vlan 20
 untagged 13-14
 tagged trk1
vlan 30
 tagged trk1

We use only one VLAN, do we need to do anything with trunk that in this case ?

If you're just using it as a flat switch, this should do it...

vlan 1
 untagged 1-24,trk1

Hi,

So you tell me to set all ports to untagged and in trunk 1 ?

How can I do that command (trunk 21-24 trk1 lacp) through the GUI ?

We can't access in the configuration with the enable and conf t commands through CLI, we activated hidden  commands but there is still no enable command. (http://glazenbakje.wordpress.com/2012/08/21/hp-v1910-secret-commando-list-how-to-enable-it/)

We deleted aggregation, set the desired ports (21-24) as trunk link type and connected cables between the switches on these ports. We could ping both hosts (host A connected on switch A and B to B) one to another in both sides. We tested to put all the switch ports as trunk link type and it worked again, in fact it doesn't change anything (trink or not). We can ping hosts through the two switches (it works while 4 cables are connected between the two switches on ports 1-4 each side. When we create an aggregation ( static without LACP or dynamic with LACP) ping between the two hosts do not work anymore.

We get the error 3 on the LACP aggregation but we do not know what to change to fix it. We tried to set the priority of one interface in the LACP agg to 0 with no change.

What do we have to do to make that LACP aggregation working ?
