iPad Development:  Tutorials/References (I Need To Get Going Quick!)

Can anyone recommend some resources for starting to develop for the iPad?  I need to ramp up development quick, maybe even have something in some kind of functional state in a few days.  Is there a good web site with tutorials?  Is there a book that is accepted as the "to have" book?

Thanks in Advance.  I will split the points with the first few responders...

I now know (and am getting familiar with) Ray Wenderlich's site.  Looks promising!
