IOS 7 Update / Exchange

Some Machintosh devices (Iphones-Ipads) updated to iOS7 cannot reply or forward some emails rejected by long size. Just happend with some Mac portable devices.
I have read some documentation about this issue, but I dont have clear wich can be a solution.I have a MS Exchange 2010.
