Outlook.com ... how do you create a group

Creating groups in Outlook is a great feature of course....

I have an new outlook.com account... can't figure out in there how you create groups so you can send to a group or distribution list.

Which version are you using? standard or light?

Creating groups is available only in the standard version of Outlook Web App, but  isn't available in the Outlook Web App Light.
