i am trying to prepare a sbs 2003 so i can add a server 2012 essentials to the network and same domain.  the tool keeps failing at scanning for issues.  keep getting this-

In DNS zone *****.local, your local server is not in the name server records . Migration will fail without fixing this issue. Go to http://bemis.partners.extranet.microsoft.com/2578426 for more details.

I have deleted and recreated the ***.local zone in dns and the _msdcs.***.local zone.  ipconfig /registerdns and restarted the netlogon service. the error will not go away? need some help!!
