Where can I see the actual file name for the backup set in Backup Exec 2012 ? Why their size is not matched ?

The sizes don't match up for at least two reasons:
1) There's all the metadata that BE has to store, above and beyond the files themselves.  This includes the complete directory path to the file, the file name, the rights info, access and create times, etc.
2) BE may be performing compression, making the files smaller in the backup than they are as files in the file system.

In answer to your second question, BE normally wants to discourage you from manipulating the backup files yourself.  It keeps a catalog that tells it where to look for a particular file, and it knows when your policies tell it it can expire a file or a complete backup job.  If you start trying to manage the files yourself, you're likely to delete something that BE needs to perform a restore.
