Error while installation of  EMC console on Windows 2012 server

We have Exchange 2010 SP2 server installed on windows server 2008 R2. Now we are trying to install Exchange Management Console on another windows server 2012 servers for managing mailboxes. But installation is failing with error"Microsoft Exchange is not supported on windows 8"

Kindly provide solution...

You need to use Exchange 2010 SP3 media. SP2 isn't a supported version of Exchange (or the tools) for Windows 2012.

You should really be on SP3 anyway.
