Cannot connect to Sophos firewall

Hello Experts,

I am unable to get into my Sophos (hardware) firewall. I know the MAC address but not the IP address.

I tried running arp -a at the command prompt (while connected to the NIC on the firewall) to see all MAC addresses and  IP addresses on the network but the firewall  NIC MAC address does not show up.

Does anyone know how I can find the Firewall NIC's IP address?

Thanks!
