Work Load on Database Tuning Advisor - multiple sql strings

When setting a work load for the tuning advisor, can I run multiple sql statements to maximum the different work loads that I have?

Yes, just use a ; and row as delimiter.
OR do double analysis, and see if they interfere with eachother.

Note though:
The DTA should be used as a base for further thinking/examining/designing.
It is not a out of the box solution, use it as pointers where to look, but then educate yourself in execution plans and how clustered/non clustered index works, and what statistics is used for. This will give you better tools to performance/troubleshoot applications.
