Cannot fully Migrate Public Folders to Sharepoint 2010

I am trying to migrate Public Folders to Sharepoint folders on SBS2011 Server. It appears that any Public Folder contact with a URL listed fails to migrate. There are no error messages to indicate this. We have discovered this by trial and error.

I have about 2000 contacts to migrate.

Could anyone suggest a fix or workaround?

Many Thanks in Advance
