Event ID 20 — KDC Certificate Availability AND master browser error 8003 MRxSmb are happening simultaneosly

master browser error 8003 MRxSmb

Im experiencing the errors simultaneously, or sequentially. I don't know which to look at first or if one is causing the other.

Here is the situation:
Window 2003 DC has both events in event log
My primary Window 2003 DC is not replicating to my secondary Window 2003 DC
Widows File Server 2008 cannot be accessed via Windows Explorer in a timely fashion
All users are seeing EXTREMELY slow response time accessing files on the file server
Logging on to the Widows File Server 2008 has taken over an hour and is still waiting.

I'm running a mixed 2003/2008 server environment
I'm running a mixed Windows 7/XP client environment

Am i looking in the right place or is this just symptomatic of a bigger problem.

Please help!

My primary Window 2003 DC is not replicating to my secondary Window 2003 DC.

I mention that as it could be a contributing factor, however it has not posed a situation as of yet.

After about an hour of waiting after entering my credentials to the file server, I almost have a desktop.

In addition, I recently setup WSUS on another box. I did not configure it yet, just enabled it. That box is having a time with slow logins as well.
