outlook 2010 - Rule for messages in inbox is generating error message "Failed to Update headers"

I created a folder to place messages into.  these messages contained the word "status".  When I tried to run the rule, I got the message "Failed to Update headers"   (see graphic).
How can I fix this?

no download.  Just trying to move the emails from my inbox into another folder
