It relies on the DHCP service

I am lost. This service is missing on one of my servers yet it seems to be a default service installed by the OS.

Can anyone tell me how to install it or is my OS broken? Everything seems to be functioning the way it should except a new service that relies on it wont work (AppAssure backup).

It turns out the server was broken. We ended up restoring the machine.

There was no answer for this. The service that was missing is part of the base OS and was gone due to a broken OS
