We have some users with no luck on getting DA working. we know the DA works for others. we had some issues when some cisco VPN connect was installed. <br />

what we have found was if you open a dos prompt, type IPCONFIG /RELEASE<br />
IPCONFIG /RENEW Then the Direct Access service works. <br />

before renewing IP CONFIG the Tunnel Adapter iphttpsinterface has media disconnected. after the renew it presents ipv6 address. <br />
<br />
IPsec or iphttpsinterface issue. we see everything in the firewall we should for this to work, but when its offline there is nothing in main mode.
