We have some users with no luck on getting DA working. we know the DA works for others. we had some issues when some cisco VPN connect was installed.

what we have found was if you open a dos prompt, type IPCONFIG /RELEASE
IPCONFIG /RENEW Then the Direct Access service works.

before renewing IP CONFIG the Tunnel Adapter iphttpsinterface has media disconnected. after the renew it presents ipv6 address.

IPsec or iphttpsinterface issue. we see everything in the firewall we should for this to work, but when its offline there is nothing in main mode.

What version of direct access are you running and on what client?

Its ok. found the root issue.

We had to open UDP 3544 port. It enabled teredo protocol.
