this can be done through export an excel sheet and add the smtp address.,

you can use QAD shell and execute this command. Of course your csv file should have appropriate column headings as mentioned below.

Import-Csv C:\contacts.csv | foreach {get-qadobject $_.UserIdentity} | Add-QADProxyAddress -Address $_.SMTPtoAdd
