SSIS Packages  - Error

I am getting this error when i run my SSIS package under SQL Server Agent...

When i ran my package under SSIS - Stored packages-- It runs good.

I am having issue only when it runs under SQL Server agent...

This is the error i am seeing...

It looks like you are using "EncryptsensitiveWithPassword" as the Protection level in your package... Change it to don't save sensitive and deploy the package again or use the same account to run the SQL job
