Outlook calendar permissions
Outlook calendar permissions
in my Outlook 2010 Calendar/permissions. I have Default and Anonymous.
I set Default to Free/Busy time and Anonymous to None.
But now and then when I open Outlook , I see Default turned to Reviewer. I checked Exchange for sharing policy, and there is no policy applied.
I wonder with Default permissions set to Reviewer, whether other users can see the details of my calendar.
Any idea ?
thanks

I was Reading this :
http://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/show/29939-change-default-outlook-calendar-access-permissions-in-exchange-2010
so our Exchange is configured the same way as indicated on the article. This is why the Default reverts back to Reviewer when I change it to Free/Busy time.
how can I block the settings from Exchange server for certain users.??
