Unable to Save display settings

I have an HP laptop HP recommended to replace the motherboard which I did then they replaced the docking station and still nothing. We have tried to reload the software for the graphics card and still not able to run more then 3 monitors at a time. The graphics card supports up to 5 displays. One thing that is troubling is I can not click on the graphics control panel it will not pull up even though we reinstalled the software.

- So when we try to add a third monitor to extend it is coming back with unable to save display settings.

Any help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So as you can see from the attachment I only get 2 screens at one time working.

Make sure you designate what is your main monitor first in the settings.
