Cannot print to Right Fax

Using Windows 7, 32-bit or 64-bit. Using Right Fax v. 10. Running Fax Utils locally.

Right Fax print driver fails to call dialogue when printing. Example: when in program and select Right Fax printer nothing happens.

Resolves when un-installing/re-installing, but only for a short time and eventually stops working again within 24 hours. Have checked for latest drivers.

Behavior is on multiple computers, but not on all. Compared Right Fax user types/ properties with no differences found. Added trouble user to RF administrators group with no change. Users are local admins on PCs.

Found the solution:

On taskbar tray/ notification area icons select RightFax FaxCtrl Module (small printer icon)

Select Configuration.

Under Type, select RightFax (as opposed to Windows)

Fax server name may need to be corrected.
Protocol should read: TCP/IP (select Launch on startup)
Login Method should read: Use NT Authentication

If it works when installed, then at some indeterminate time fails, I would usually guess  antivirus software.
