Hello,

When using the Explorer View in SharePoint 2010 copying files to a hard drive to a SharePoint document library, an error appears:

An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.  Error 0x007003A:  The specified server cannot perform the requested operations.

This is just copying one file to SharePoint. Any ideas?

Make sure the file is not in blocked file type list as well as size of the file is well within the set limit.

We are having network issues, and possible DNS issues, so I think this is what is causing the problem.  These have been fixed. We are not seeing the errors now.

The issues has been resolved.  Uses were using IP V6, and so we disabled this and SharePoint operates more normal now.
