Customize the ribbon of Outlook Calendar.

I want to add a couple of icons to the Ribbon of Outlook Calendar. We use gotomeeting and blue jeans meeting, I want user to click on the icon to join the meeting.
How can I add the icons to the ribbon?

Thanks

Couple of thoughts..
One, create an AutoIT/Auto HotKey script to do this..

Two..  You can create an MST (Microsoft Transforms) file to deploy as a GPO to your users..

You would think there is a template, layout or xml file that you can define this..  remove the icons from you system..

Grab a copy of RegShot..
Open Outlook
Go to Calendar
Do the RegShot begin point
Add the Icons and be sure the ribbon is how you want
Do the RegShot end point
Have RegShot gen the diff file for you

Take the diff file and deploy via GPO/LGPO or login script..
