Error 0x80040ca0 when Installing Skydrive

Getting error code 0x80040ca0 when trying to install the Skydrive desktop app on a Windows 7 PC.  Below is a section of the install log file.

Take a look at this:

Error 0x80070005 seems to correspond to permissions issue. Run the setup as local admin.

Also, temporary disable antivirus or any other scanning software.
