I am new to sharepoint and sql 2012.  Can someone provide detailed steps to resolve this event?

Insufficient SQL database permissions for user 'Name: domain\spSearch SID: S-1-5-21-1227117664-790312197-621696214-18376 ImpersonationLevel: None' in database 'SharePoint_Config' on SQL Server instance 'sp2013\sharepointsql'. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below.

The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'proc_GetTimerRunningJobs', database 'SharePoint_Config', schema 'dbo'.
