Buffer (http://www.bufferapp.com ) is one of the better options for managing content publishing across social media sites. It has scheduling capabilities that allow you to stagger posts.

HootSuite will provide more capability around consuming content, while Buffer may be stronger for publishing and scheduling the posting of your content.

HootSuite is viewed by many as the category leader, although Buffer is worth comparing if your scheduling and publishing requirements are high priorities.

Other options include:
-Sprout Social
-Social Flow
-Social Oomph
