How can I check time, if it is pass 12:17 PM and less than 13 pm?

if date.now.hour > 12 then

I saw a solution for this and thought I would share it with you.  Should do what you are looking for.

// convert everything to TimeSpan
TimeSpan start = new TimeSpan(12, 0, 0);
TimeSpan end = new TimeSpan(13, 0, 0);
TimeSpan now = DateTime.Now.TimeOfDay;
// see if start comes before end
if (start < end)
    return start <= now && now <= end;
// start is after end, so do the inverse comparison
return !(end < now && now < start);
