Wireless Windows 7.0 laptop screen mirroring to smart tv

How do I connect/screen mirror -  Non -WIDI  laptop wirelessly to 50 inch Samsung smart tv or a Sony smart tv. Both Tv on Android. Both TV are wireless enabled and on same network.

Possibly a wireless HDMI  sender/receiver solution types?

Simple solution is yes a Wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver

Monoprice has one that does the job nicely.

An other solution would be Chromecast (http://www.google.ca/intl/en/chrome/devices/chromecast/#netflix)
It only sends some of the content : Netflix, Browser, Youtube but if it's what you want displayed it is a cheap alternative.

The brand we are using is VEEBEAM device
